Lauren Shiers, MYGYM Founder

At MYGYM studio, your success is at the heart of everything I do. My mission is to create a welcoming space where women feel motivated, empowered, and supported - whether you're stepping into fitness for the first time, rebuilding confidence, or pushing towards new strength goals.


With a strong foundation in sports science and years of hands-on experience, I bring both knowledge and passion into every session. From weight loss and toning, to strength training, muscle building, and specialist pre/post natal support, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.


MYGYM studio is more than a gym - it's a community designed to inspire, uplift, and help you build both physical strength and self-belief. Together, we'll focus on sustainable progress and a healthier, happier lifestyle.

  • BSc (Hons) Sports Science - First Class Degree
  • Level 2 & 3 Personal Training Certified
  • Pre & Post-Natal Exercise Specialist
  • Exercise Nutrition Certified
  • Padwork, Kettlebell, HIIT & TRX Certified

Sarah Reid

Sarah is a highly experienced fitness instructor and personal trainer with over ten years in the industry. She has taught at leading London studios and built a reputation for dynamic, results-driven training that combines strength, conditioning and endurance.


A qualified pre and postnatal coach and mother of two, Sarah is passionate about supporting women through every stage of their fitness journey with safe, effective, and empowering training. Her expertise  also extends to run coaching - drawing on her own experience as a six-time marathon finisher, to help clients improve performance and build lasting confidence on the road.


Sarah's approach to fitness is one that promotes balance and long term wellness while seeing lasting results along the way.

Briana Sabella

Originally from San Francisco, I moved to London in 2021 to attend Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. While searching for balance in my job as a pastry chef, I discovered a passion for health and fitness and went on to earn my certificate as a Nutritional Advisor through the Royal Society of Public Health.


Alongside nutrition, I trained to teach group fitness and spin. With a background in music as well, I love to create energetic, fun and motivating playlists. I believe exercise and nutrition are forms of self-care - not chores - and I am passionate about sharing that mindset so others can feel strong, happy and confident along their health journeys.
