MYGYM Studio Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours notice if you need to cancel a class or a session.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session will be charged in full.

Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will be refunded in the form of a credit/session to be used at a later date.

Class Guidelines

To make sure everyone enjoys their workout, please:

  • Arrive on time so classes can run smoothly.
  • Respect others and the instructor at all times.
  • Listen carefully to instructions for your safety and progression.
  • Bring water to stay fresh and hydrated. Sweat towels are available as well as cold water refills.
  • Switch phones to silent to avoid distractions.
  • No inappropriate behaviour - let's keep this a positive and supportive space!
